Maintenance

Regular professional maintenance extends the life of your real estate and equipment.

Information system

Slúži na evidenciu a archiváciu všetkých požiadaviek, vrátane cenových ponúk, pracovných listov, fotografií, zoznamov budov, zariadení, harmonogramov zo servisov a revízií.

Professional inspections

Performance of professional inspection and testing of classified technical equipment and inspection of compliance with legislative safety requirements in electric, gas, pressure and lifting systems.

Service

Facilities are serviced at regular intervals to avoid long outages for repairs.

F-gas monitoring

Performance of periodic tightness checks and monitoring for F-gas leaks in accordance with Act No 286/2009.

HVAC inspections

Classified technical equipment covered by Ministerial Decree No 508/2009 laying down detailed arrangements for ensuring safety and health at work with technical pressure, lifting, electric and gas, and establishing technical devices, which are considered classified technical equipment.

Emergency service

A stand-by service on call 24 hours a day. It responds immediately to prevent injury to the life and health of persons or property damage in urgent and extraordinary circumstances.

Non-stop on-call dispatching

The service operates continuously, 24 hours a day, receiving and registering orders and for dispatching on-call and emergency service.

Energy audit

Execution of an energy audit of the customer’s buildings under Act No 321/2014 on energy efficiency.

Repair of shading equipment

Measurement, installation and repair of blinds; removal of blinds for repair if necessary.

Reporting

Quantitative overview of repairs to buildings, numbers of requests per category and cost centre. Preparation of a monthly breakdown of inspection reports and actually performed inspections using the information system.
